In the age of CoVID and extreme weather damage, massive building rehabilitation efforts have catalyzed the deployment of a new generation of indoor air quality (IAQ) sensors that will undoubtedly affect the industrial hygiene sector.  The technology embedded in emerging IAQ sensors can be leveraged into near real-time reporting networks to better understand human exposure to classic and emerging indoor contaminants.  This presentation will critically review the newest (bio)aerosol and gas sensors along with their deployment paradigms based on CoVID-driven experiences that re driving the return to high density indoor settings (e.g. light office, schools, health care clinics).
