We will review the most common culprits for pushing a TVOC value outside of the acceptable limits. As a laboratory performing many IEQ Air Quality Credit analyses, we have compiled data over the years to outline the most common chemicals that may throw a curveball at you for this credit. We will discuss the most common sources of those chemicals in newly built or remodeled buildings. The end goal is to assist Accredited Professionals and Consultants with the chemistry to best understand and prepare the corrective action plan for your Green Building space.
